We do not accept COD orders.
All orders are final.
No returns or refunds are available.
Collect 2 Win, LLC makes every effort to get your package to you promptly. Your merchandise order is processed without delay, generally within 48 hours. Our standard shipping method is USPS which can take up to 20 days for delivery once we have processed your order.
Your shipping address must be a street address. USPS will not ship to PO Boxes, APO’s, or FPO’s.
If you need your package in a hurry, express shipping service options maybe available at the time of purchase.
We cannot be responsible for delayed packages due to acts of nature (snowstorms, hurricanes, tornados etc.).
If an item is on back order, it will be shipped to you upon receipt in our warehouse.
